i work at a brewers fayre and there is a button on the till for 500 / 1000 extra points so is at SA's discretion but cannot give them easily. just ring up before going and say you have lost voucher and can you still have points, should be ok!

if your new to this, check that the voucher appears on your receipt. It should be listed the same way as a drink or meal. May take days to appear on your nectar balance.

Ah well, might as well boost my points and get a couple of cases of wine from Sainsbury's now since Adams have reduced their points redemption rate!
