I don't really need a new washing machine at the moment, as my old one still works. However, it's now out of its warranty period (I bought a 5 year guarantee with the thing, which I've actually had to use 3 times). As it's not guaranteed any more and hasn't been the most reliable of machines, I decided to buy the Miele. The way I see it, the Miele is a great washing machine at an even greater price. I don't expect the Miele to pack up 3 times in 5 years. In fact, I expect the thing to last 15 or so years, as per Miele's marketing crap.
At this price, I couldn't resist. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

ordered this for my parents - had been tasked with getting them a WM and dryer ..... so thanks to the OP.

Ordered one earlier, was looking at Miele machines anyway so this is an unexpected steal! Has anyone else who ordered had a confirmation email yet? Also, they say delivery in 2 days, mine is not coming until Friday.0
