Two Huge Free Online Cookbooks (Vegan & Gluten-Free but will suit most tastes!)

I've just found two free online vegan (& largely gluten-free) PDFs on the Vitalita Culinary Group (VCG) site. They've both got over 300 pages each, contain photos & nutritional info & look packed with interesting recipes.

The books are updated regularly and they contain over 150 original vegan recipes. The two cookbooks are:
- A Taste of Vitality: Nutrient-Dense Cooking
- Desserts of Vitality: Extraordinary Non-Dairy Desserts

The author, Mark Foy, welcomes people reposting the links to the cookbooks but requests that people respect his copyright & don't post the recipes or put his PDFs on any other sites.

I'm sure there must be some useful stuff to suit most people!

GF is Vegan and wheat intolerant and I am flexitarian and dairy intolerant so big thanks.

anyway, thanks OP, recently been diagnosed celiac and am cooking my own food more so i'm sure this'll come in useful

Not a veggie but eat veggie most of the time.

My mum's a vegan (boys & I are vegetarian) and treated herself to an ice-cream maker for her birthday this year. I've just been drooling over the frozen dessert recipes!
