Thank You for this. Recipes look really nice and healthy right enough.

I did the butternut squash recipe today. It has lots of ginger in it and I didn`t have any coconut milk in but honestly it tasted gorgeous. The recipes on this site pack a powerhouse of nutrients into the body and are perfect for this time of year when it is so grey and damp. I just have to bump this up again to share it with you
I recommend you try the food advisor. The results can be surprising

Brilliant suggestions - I was a bit shocked at my result. I love spinach so will be buying some.

I just had a quick glance. The site looks excellent with all the nutritional values of the recipes. I'll certainly be giving this a good work through this year.0

My food advisor results were shocking as well must try harder!0 -
I've just done the survey and agree with kittie and moneybunny about the surprising results!
I'll be having a good read of the recipes later.
I've thanksed all involved in this thread.

I`m getting addicted to that site (as well as to mse I add) and the nutrient section is one of the best I have ever come across. It even explains about the vitamin D that Ted H is always writing about in the discussion room
The site is not just in my favorites in a food file but I have moved it to the top where it cannot be lost. It is just awesome that someone can produce a site like this which is not-for-profit
I sauted the onion for the squash soup in stock as suggested and the result was just fine. So that`s another bit of unnecessary fat out of my diet on a daily basis.0
