R.E. not having a printer. I got in touch with Sensations and they said to use the contact form (the link is on the page with the instructions to print it out, on the right hand side), and explain the situation, give them my postal address and they will hopefully send the coupon by post.
HTH anyone else who may have been in the same situation as me.
