Will my burgers be ok to eat?

I bought some fresh mince, froze it straight away. Then i deforosted it in the fridge a week later and spent some time making my own burgers, we ate most of them for tea that night but i had a couple of spare uncooked ones and i thought i would freeze them and keep for another time. I've only just thought about the fact that it had already been frozen and you shouldn't defrost-refreeze.
Any ideas if they will be ok? TIA

If you cook them and freeze them, that should be ok to defrost again. I think it's one freeze thaw for uncooked and cooked.0

Technically not as you didn't cook them but refroze them uncooked. Howeeeeeeeeeverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... I would, and I know plenty on this board that would too as long as they were cooked through properly.0

I know the rules say dont freeze twice - but I have done it once or twice. But, I would cook them from frozen and make sure they are thoroughly cooked inside. Dont give them to kids, pregnant women or the elderly or anyone with a sensitive stomach! You could give them to my OH, whose insides must be made of cast iron as he could eat them with no ill effects, where I would be up half the night esconced in the bathroom!0
