Tesco Mobile Phone Recycling???

Does Tesco still do mobile phone recycling for clubcard points? They used to have an envelope scheme 200 points for any old working mobile and 50 points for a non-working phone. I can only see an online scheme where you enter your phone details and they make you an offer.
