Just got this link from the official xbox website.
Im assuming they're free, ahven't been on yet to get them.

Unfortunatly you have to pay for them with marketplace points, off the top of my head they are either 230 or 280 marketplace points for each video
THey have added Oasis video onto live recently as well along with a them for your xbox but you have to pay for these as well
You tend to get little music videos for free on live apart from the "artist of the month" think the last one was POD by Tenascious D0 -
It's a shame there's not much in the way of HD stuff to download on live, the Americans have looooads.0
