Whats on TV win??

I won some dvd's from them back in June and I still haven't recieved them. I have emailed them twice and both times someone has replied explaining they are having supply issues subsequently causing the delay in recieveing my prize.

I was just wondering if anyone else has won through them before, if they have been pretty good in sending out prizes and that this is just a one off and is genuine or if its a regular occurence?

I just get the feeling they hope I'll just stop asking.................

Same here! I, too have emailed and had similar responses. I guess just keep reminding them, that's what I will do.

I won with WOTV i the last 3 months and got my prize very quickly, hopefuly yours will arrive soon x

I won a while ago and got my prize within 2 weeks with no problem, so sounds genuine!

i won a console game on the 22nd of june from whats on tv & after waiting 28 days i emailed back & forth for about 2 weeks before i just said

"if i recieve nothing positive within 24 hours i'll report you for failing to honour my prize"

within 4 hours i was told the pr company will be sending out my prize soon,that was last wednesday,i'll wait another week then comsider my options.

if i were you i'd keep bugging & bugging

EDIT:i've won about 5 prizes & had no problems just this 1 single prize,so the site is genuine

I'm sure it's genuine, although it wont do any harm to email them from time to time about your prize. I won a bouquet of flowers with them & they arrived within a week of me getting the email, although they said it could take up to 28 days.

I won with them ages ago and there was a massive delay on my prize. But it was all to do with the PR company rather than them personally. I phoned them (01142011410) and they were more than helpful and I received my prize a week later. hth

I've had 2 wins with them. The first one arrived the next day, the second arrived a couple of days later but all are dispatched from source so some promoters will be much faster than others.

I've won with them several times & they've always been pretty good sending out the prizes but I've had problems with a few prizes where the people providing the prizes have been slow to send them out. It's probably not WOTVs fault at all just their promoters, I'm sure you'll get your prizes in the end or a suitable alternative if they can't provide the original prize. One company couldn't provide me with my original dvd win after 4 months & they sent me out the most amazing Harvey Nichols goody box instead so make sure you don't give up on your wins but like I say WOTV are a trustworthy website so don't worry about it too much

I emailed on Friday and received response that the DVDs had been sent out last Wednesday....and got one just now in the post, so hopefully the other will follow.

Had the same problem with Fi Fi Goodies. after the initial 28days i emailed once a week to chase it up...finally a response saying my email had accidentally gone to their junk mail then saying that it was sent out and they'd run out of the particular dvd included but they will send me another replacement, which i recieved quite quickly then + quite a full bag of goodies so dont give up!!
