Basically bought a pc from dell last year.
Couldn't afford the repayments as soon after i came out of work.
Just buried my head
It's now with a company Go debt.co.uk
I arranged a payment and have payed it,all be it struggling,
i need to lower that payment and have telephoned but the person who's case it has never calls me back to discuss it,
this months is due on the 28th and i just carnt meet it.
If i get no phone call i'll get more letters and god knows where it will go
i am trying to pay but carnt meet there requests
whats the best thing to do?

cancel the DD/standing order/whatever, send a letter by recorded post saying you cannot meet payments as they stand, have tried to contact them by telephone to arrange for lower payments until circumstances improve but not been able to contact anyone, etc. Offer what you can afford.
It wont go any further as you can show you've been open and are willing to continue to pay what you are able to pay.matched betting: £879.63
