• Your relationship with Pets & Wildlife Ltd

1. These terms of use set out the legally binding contract between Love Pets and you in relation to its ‘Love Pets’ prize draw ("the prize draw").
2. You will be deemed to accept these terms if you enter the prize draw.
3. Love Pets may make changes to these terms from time to time. The most up to date version will be available from us on our website https://www.lovepets.co.uk You should check the terms regularly and if you enter the prize draw after the date of any change it will be on the new terms.
4. Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. By completing this survey, you automatically agree to receive News and offers from Pets & Wildlife Ltd and it’s carefully selected list of partners.

• Prize draw rules

1. The prize draw is organised by Pets & Wildlife Ltd of Ideal Home House, Newark Road, Peterborough PE1 5WG.
2. Love Pets reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these rules at any time without prior notice.
3. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, notice, conduct and result the decision of Love Pets shall be final and no other correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
4. Every Love Pets e-mail subscriber and all customers that submit a review via https://www.lovepets.co.uk between 30th November 2010 and 5th April 2012 on the website will be automatically entered be into the prize draw.
   
   There will be one entry per eligible customer.
5. The winner will be chosen at random after 09.00 on 20th April 2012. All eligible customers will automatically be included.
6. Employees of Pets & Wildlife Ltd or any company involved in the prize draw, or any advertising agency or web company connected with Love Pets, are not eligible to enter. Love Pets reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. To qualify to enter the prize draw you must be aged 18 or over.
7. There will be 1 winner who will win a £100 account credit to spend on Love Pets products through https://www.lovepets.co.uk. This credit cannot be redeemed on postage and packing (P&P). The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Love Pets reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
8. The winner will be announced on the Love Pets website (https://www.lovepets.co.uk.com) after 09:00 20th April 2012. The prize winner will be notified personally by telephone on the day of the prize draw, or the next working day after the announcement. The winner’s name will also be published on the Love Pets website (https://www.lovepets.co.uk)
9. Love Pets cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting any prize. Love Pets cannot accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged postal entries.
10. The winner may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Love Pets reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/visual recordings of them in any publicity.
