Pied a Terre Dress Sizing

Hi, just wondered if anyone can tell me what Pied a Terre dress sizings are like? I've seen a size 12 dress for sale but not sure if it'll fit or not! I'm usually a 10 in monsoon and a 12 in Coast if that helps!!

    I bought one of their dresses recently. I am a size 8 and their 8 fitted perfectly.

    I have a skirt from there and although I'm a size 8 I have slighty wide hips and it fits perfectly:)
