GIVEAWAY INFORMATION

To enter our weekly giveaway, simply provide your email address at the top of this page each week, to be in with a chance of winning one of our fantastic prizes. If you don’t win this week, just enter your address the following week to be in with another chance to win that weeks prize.
The winner will be chosen at random by our system at the end of each week, meaning everyone that enters has an equal chance of winning. If you win our free prize draw, you will be notified via email to the address you provided where we will request you to send us a picture of yourself to add to the winners gallery.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All entrants for the Weekly Giveaway must be 18 or over.

2. The winner will be picked at random by our system at the end of next week, who will then be notified by email. Nigel O'Hara Diamond Jewellers decision is final.

3. The winner of our Weekly Giveaway agrees to provide a photo by email only, and grants us permission to display this in the winners gallery, and possibly site newsletters and/or emails, along with the winners first name, county, country and/or city of origin. We request that you send photos at their original size, after which we will edit them to the correct size and ensure only your face and as little background detail as possible is visible.

4. The picture you provide to us must be of the prize winner, if we have reason to believe it is not then the prize draw in question may become void.

5. If we receive no response from the winner with an attached photo, 24 hours after notifying them by email, the prize draw will become void. Likewise, should the prize winner wish not to send us an image for the winners gallery, the prize will then again become void. Nigel O’Hara Diamond Jewellers cannot be held responsible for items being delivered to your junk folder, we also are not responsible for any delays caused by your ISP in getting the email to you.

6. Should the prize be returned to us after a failed delivery attempt through no fault of our own, you shall be charged for the second attempted delivery before it can be sent back.

7. Prizes from the Weekly Giveaway are not eligible for any sort of refund or exchange, nor applicable for any free alterations.

8. By entering the prize giveaway, you agree to become part of our mailing list, which we will use to contact you with special offers and deals. You can of course remove yourself from this list at any time.

9. Employees of Nigel O’Hara Diamond Jewellers are not eligible to enter our Weekly Giveaway.

I posted it because I've got a brain like a sieve and I would have forgotten I did mention Russiandolls thread and to beware not to dupe this week. It was a great comp find by Russiandoll but has been missed from MSE for months looking at the winners list Can't please everyone all the time, sorry :T
