A call for tasty low fat recipes

OH has decided to go on a healthy eating/diet with immediate effect and wants low fat dinners and lunches. I have got salad but I want interesting foods and am trying to prepare my menu for this week. Has anyone got any suggestions?

someone posted a thread a little while ago and I recommended the BBC Good Food website, I use it weekly and best of all its free and you don't have to buy the magazine

you can tailor your recipe search on there and they are all rated which gives you a good idea if they are tasty or not...
