.. After getting 100% refund from DFS on our faulty sofa, we have seen a new sofa we like (Monto) in ILVA (Thurrock).. Has anyone got information regarding this store or the quality of its goods...

I've had great experiences with ILVA - customer service was brilliant after a few problems with a delivery date.
the sofa is great as well - really comfy and although we paid full price for it, it was still half the cost of anything elsewhere. highly recommended!0
