Did anybody ordered from them in the past, Are they reliable?

The Prices are good but they are based in Hong Kong so bit afraid of ordering goods from them.

Will appreciate any advice.

I've used these guys twice and had no problem with them. Be warned though it normally takes an average of 10 days to receive your stuff, so not great if you want it quickly.
Also use this version of the same site

It's the same company. Delivery is free but sometimes prices of items are slightly higher (I guess to make up for the "free postage"). Just work out which would be cheaper between the two.

I needed the above item for a new computer, expecting & wanting it to come within a few days. I found ebest24.com (free shipping site - there are several related ones) through Google shopping where the item was listed and should have twigged when they talked about airmail that they weren't in the UK, but the penny didn't drop, and because their all in price for the item was extremely good compared with other sites, I ordered from them without thinking anymore about it. I could find virtually nothing in the way of reviews about them on the web but in view of the low cost of the item (£2.76), it would not have been a disaster had it not arrived. That was on the 23rd February 2009. Resigned as the weekend approached that it was going to be weeks rather than days before the item arrived, I resisted buying another one locally and to my surprise the small packet from Hong Kong turned up on the 3rd March. It was fine, no problems, no invoice, customs slip, simple envelope with the item wrapped round with protective packing. So my conclusions are from limited knowledge that ebest24.com seem OK if you realise that you are going to wait at least 10 days or so for the item. There does however hang in the air the thought that had I bought a high cost item, would I have had to pay customs duty and VAT on it?
