Payplan Problems

I have had an agreement with payplan for a few years with no problems. But it seems for the past few months there have been real issues with them doing stuff. Replying to emails, phone messages, passing letters on, changing account details etc. I ahve spent ages on the phone today trying to get through with no joy. Their just a bank website is down at the moment too.

Anyone else been having problems?

YEs, generally people are experiencing similar problems. This is because their volume of work has increased dramatically over the last 12 months and is set to increase sharply again this year. They are recruiting more staff to cope with the increased workload.
