Just to be clear.......you have to sign up for another 12 month contract with Virgin to get this.

It says that in the opening statement :stay with us another 12 months. It is a loyalty incentive that is pretty fab if you have no immediate plans to switch.
I would be happy to see other service providers cone up with loyalty incentives instead of focusing on getting new customers. Usually current customers only receive attention upon being forwarded to the retention department upon wishing to leave.

Thanks for posting this, would never have seen it or known about it otherwise, we've no plans to change from 50mb broadband in next 1-2 years, so this is a great freebie! :T

Is it only for 50mb customers? I'm only on 20mb and see absolutely no reason to upgrade.

Small print at the bottom states:

Offer available to Virgin Media XXL broadband subscribers who sign up to a new 12-month minimum period for XXL broadband.

Dissapointed as im in the same position as you. Im on 20mb and in no need to upgrade either.

Ring em up and express your disappointment. Disgruntled customers are treated very well with Virgin. I know this only too well!

Same here im on VIP and been a customer for 12 years, and still dont qualify.
Why does the link allow you to apply, even to receive a "You order has been received" E-Mail.?? Grrrrr

i thought spotify was free anyway... am i missing something... i have had it for years and haven't paid for it.
