It says that in the opening statement :stay with us another 12 months. It is a loyalty incentive that is pretty fab if you have no immediate plans to switch.
I would be happy to see other service providers cone up with loyalty incentives instead of focusing on getting new customers. Usually current customers only receive attention upon being forwarded to the retention department upon wishing to leave.:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Thanks for posting this, would never have seen it or known about it otherwise, we've no plans to change from 50mb broadband in next 1-2 years, so this is a great freebie! :T0

Is it only for 50mb customers?
I'm only on 20mb and see absolutely no reason to upgrade. I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Looks like it is only for 50mb customers yes.
Small print at the bottom states:Offer available to Virgin Media XXL broadband subscribers who sign up to a new 12-month minimum period for XXL broadband.
Dissapointed as im in the same position as you. Im on 20mb and in no need to upgrade either.0 -

Ring em up and express your disappointment. Disgruntled customers are treated very well with Virgin. I know this only too well!

Received the following email:Dear Mr ******,
We are glad you liked our Spotify offer. We are really sorry though, but you can only get the offer if you got an email from us about it. (We would love to make it available to everyone, but we only had a limited amount to give away this time).
We are bringing out great new offers for our customers all the time, so if youre already with Virgin Media keep an eye on your inbox, or check out the latest offers here.
