The legal stuff you need to know

1. The prize draw is conducted by Everything Everywhere Ltd t/as T-Mobile (the "Promoter").
2. By taking part in this prize draw an entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
3. Entrants to the competition must be permanently residing in the UK; aged 16 or over; and excluding employees of the Promoter and their family and agents.
4. To enter, a participant must fill in and submit the form on the T-mobile UK Facebook page.
5. The prize draw opens 10 August 2011 and closes 31 August 2011(inclusive).
6. There are 22 HTC Cha Cha handsets to be won. The prize draw will be managed by the Promoter's agency, MediaCom of 124 Theobalds Road London WC1X 8RX United Kingdom, (the "Agency") and entrants to the prize draw consent to their details being provided in encrypted format to the Agency for the purposes of managing the prize draw and administering prizes.
7. Only one entry per person
8. The prize winners will be the first 22 names drawn at random by the Agency from all eligible entries which represents the 22 days the prize draw is open. The result of the prize draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into other than with a prize winner.
9. The winners will be informed by post and the prize will be sent to the postage address provided on the entry form within 30 days of prize draw closing date.
10. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable (in whole or in part). The prize can not be redeemable for cash.
11. The HTC Cha Cha handset is locked to the T-Mobile network and there will be a charge for the phone to be unlocked.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received or cannot be entered for a technical (excluding technical faults of the Promoter’s operating system) or any other reason. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions and these terms and conditions are invalid.
13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes and/or proceedings in connection with this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
