Just wondering if anybody has used these at all?
Our mortgage advisor has suggested them to us & their rates are by far the best for our circumstances, but the rate almost seems too good to be true.
Anybody know of or used them?

Hi, I used them for a good 3 year fix in 2007. I went direct and the original key facts was wrong and a couple of other things were wrong but they sorted this out and once set up it was fine. Staff were always friendly and tried their best to help, I don't think it's a very large building society at all! At the end of the fix last year they didn't have any decent deals for us so I went to First Direct.0
