Aktiv Kapital

This is a follow up to my previous Aktiv Kapital thread. (Sorry guys, I didn't mean to stir things up. ;))

Just to say that I have always acknowledged the debt (it's my disability that prevents me working being able to keep up the payments), so it would be a little late in the day to start denying it!

Anyway, I sent the letter (as in #4 of the other thread) to Aktiv, via recorded delivery, on 18th July, and have not received any reply, therefore, I have resumed paying them £1 a month.

So I have to assume that they are either rude, incompetent, or were not making a genuine offer in the first place - or maybe a combination of all three. Whichever it is, it is their loss, and I have some useful documentation that can be produced were they to decide to up the ante.

Thanks for all your adivce.
