  • Yes you would lose the car but you would be allowed to budget for a less glamourous car if required. You need to talk to one of the free debt charities like www.cccs.co.uk or national debtline or CAB.

    BR or a DMP. I was on a DMP. Its ok but they come back to you every 6mths for a new income/expenditure sheet which you then get your dmp to pass on. My situation changed and I went BR and its the biggest weight off my mind but it does obviously have side effects as far as some jobs and future mortgage hopes etc so you do need to speak to the above for proper advice. Good luck
