Mobile Phone Contract after bankruptcy

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone ever managed to get a mobile phone contract after bankruptcy? Or easier but a decent phone and going PAYG?

Cheers

  • I was allowed to keep my existing contract throughout my BR year, my contract was over £40 per month.

Sim only deals and low value deals tend to be open to those trying to rebuild there credit.

I got a monthly contract with an HTC Desire, one month after discharge with Virgin Mobile.

  • I've kept my Simplicity account all through bankruptcy, but I never owed O2 anything. Hopefully they may consider me for a new iPhone in Decembner. I'll have had a credit clean up and been discharged for over a year by then....

But you never know, they may knock me back. They seem to be very hit and miss.

You will be fine as they do not credit score for an upgrade as you are an existing customer
