    Yes it did come via UPS although I wasn't notified beforehand.

    I complained that the Braun trial felt sexist, the entire thing was worded as epilater for you and a shaver for your husband. I complained that the whole site seems biased towards women and what about men who wish to trial products and their response is that they have offered trials of Duracell and Fabreze car! This was even more sexist than the Braun trial I complained about!

    I'm not very impressed with that response either. Only women should be trialing cleaning products? How very 50s of them...
