Have sent email to query, but don't expect to hear until after bank holiday.

Just received the following reply:

Hi Iris,

Thanks for your email.

Everybody should have received 10 booklets, so it looks like some
were unfortunately missed out when being packed by our logistics
team.

We can only apologise for this, and kindly ask you to confirm
once again via our starter survey - which goes live on Thursday -
the number of recipe booklets you DID receive, and we'll then get
in touch with our logistics team to ensure the missing booklets
get sent out as soon as possible.

since i changed my email address, i dont get any of these offers, even me going to the option on the website to change email, it goes into a error, i told them before, they just said where, what page...... i even sent a message on facebook to what i got no reply!. changing a email, is a simple thing to do on a website, but not theres

Got my fairy dishwasher tablets today :j:j:j and signed up for the braun epilator - not holding out too much hope on this one as only 500 places on this campaign but no harm in trying
