in Cutting tax
The subject says it all really.
Some ISA especially stocks and shares ISA's. Could be worth a substantial amount of money in the long term. I'm wondering if it's possible to put an ISA in trust so it's outside of a person's estate to avoid inheritance tax?

No it can't be done.
An ISA cannot be held on behalf of someone else.
They can only be held by individuals who meet certain criteria.
