Holiday Pay after leaving a job

Please don't underestimate the ineptitude of the location she was working at. It took them five weeks to pay her when she first started there!
I agree that the latest it should have been processed would be a week ago.
I probably should have mentioned that it would appear that despite being told last week it would be done, it wasn't until this morning that they admitted it still hadn't been done and it would now be next Thursday that she would receive her holiday pay.
As I said above, they may be lying again and it doesn't get done and it could roll on indefinitely. She needs her P45 as well of course. Her current employers are still waiting for that.
