Empire Stores Code....???

Hi Everyone,

Placed an order on 31st & had an email confirming that order had been placed. I used a code for £15 off £30 order which was excepted & showed on the email. Today I checked my bank account & they have taken the full amount out of my account! What should I do? Just except that it doesnt always work or complain? Usually if the code is not valid they either cancel your order or the website will not except the code!

I spent9 months battling this point out with Empire, finally when presented with emails that I used a certain code (they claimed otherwise), and emails of another 12 customers that all used the same code and got the discount, they backed off. Went through hell though, they were threatening baliffs, and I was terrified!
