Hi there
Last year I was £22k in debt but I have now got it down to £13k, my last debt is with a creditor for my loan in which I pay £20pw
Anyway they rung yesterday morning and I wasn't in, my husband answered and said can I take a message and I can't believe they told him my balance, and that id missed a payment. So glad I had nothing to hide
Could anyone advise me what I should do?

You could complain to the ICO about the breach - there is some info here

Also complain to the OFT, as disclosing details like that to someone who is not the debtor is against their rules.
