lipotropic b12 injections -weight loss

Does anyone know of anywhere in the UK that use
lipotropic b12 injections ? they are for weight loss

would prefer to go to a weight loss clinic, live in Sheffiled, but willing to travel

I work at an NHS doctors in the north west and we regularly do B12 injections (on a daily basis) as and when needed with our nurse appointments. Never thought to ask if these are private or nhs funded though. To be honest I thought they were a travel vaccination!

Edited to say that I only started working their recently and I work on the reception desk- I don't go near anybody with a needle haha

B12 injections are available on the NHS for people with absorption issues, or pernicious anaemia, leading to a deficiency. They might help weight loss eventually as part of a complicated hormonal balancing act, but not in the short term.
