PC World and Currys will match any price within 30miles and give you 10% of the difference. That brings the price down to £112.60 :T

Amazon is also £115 but only for blue and if you do go to tesco's you'll get the clubcard points worth £2.30.

Nintendo advise that the 3DS shouldn't be used by children under the age of 6 (as their eyesight is still developing) and for those over this age, it should only played for 30 minutes maximum at a time.

Maybe that's why they've cut the price because sales for it aren't that great.

picked mine up this morning for sons xmas pressy. The 3D can be switched off, and DS, DSI games can be played on the console also

I presume sales are below what they were hoping, but the sales have certainly been good. I think it was the best ever console launch or something. Unfortunately some of the software has been delayed (like Metal Gear Solid and Kid Icurus) and I think some people held off because of that.

Still at £103 who cares!

BTW, currys also does 10% off the difference online too but most of the sites it promises to beat haven't dropped prices yet

Yes the 3D can be switched off for under 6's but most people are fine with 3D. It can be adjusted to suit your eyes via a slider. Also the graphics are gamecube/wii quality whereas the DS was N64 quality so even without the 3D it's a much better machine.

That's darned cheap, but there is only like 1 decent game specifically for the 3DS so think I'll stick with my old DS. That £100 would be better spend on an ipod touch!
