Need to change bank accounts/Offset rules

I have current credit cards debts, overdraft and mortgage with Natwest, so need to set up alternative bank account. I also have debts with the following:
Egg
MBNA
Barcalys (could be paid off as under £100)
Halifax
I need to set up an account to avoid any offset rules by the above. Any ideas?

MCS (HSBC) £735.48/£1645.48 - Robinson Way (HFC) £1194.83/£1586.83 - Capquest (CitiCard) £0/£1609.18 - Moorcroft (O2) £0/£326.62 - Magistrates Courts £0/£4150 -
I wouldnt touch Santander with a barge-pole!!! The Co-Op does a good account, the Cashminder. Its a basic account and they arent connected to any of those you have debts with.
