Foxy Communications Update

Update: things you need to know.
I know this is an old issue, but just thought you lot might like to know of my personal findings:
The commission structure is ludicrous and the convenient get-out exclusion clauses of Foxy (what a dumb awful name!), are just too much of a rip-off!
Also, things don't add up and during the on-line 'interview' it became clear that their were holes in the info and later contradictions that rang alarm bells.
Also, WARNING!; they seems to need just too much info that would be very useful to ID fraudsters. Just a feeling.
The work hours and they way they calculate and judge whether they think your work is of a standard (vague) means they can refuse to pay you. In fact, there are too many possibilities for withholding payment - including any queries they may have, which technically could mean waiting another month for your wages - just how do you eat without money???
If you leave, even at the end of a month, they say you will NOT get a penny no matter how much you have honestly worked. I would say this bit could be legally challenged as being unreasonable and that they have no right to without wages honestly earned.
This company are spammers and are taking people who are using their own facilities for a ride. They even charge you £3 in every hundred you earn to pay for their telephone service - which is out of order when they they saving such a massive amount on NOT having people in a call centre.
Also, they are dishonestly claiming one thing and doing another.
This is a spamming sales job - not what they say it is. Also their induction is a rip-off:
I was specifically told along with others, that we would get paid for attending the on-line induction of 3.5 hours. Then the Foxy lady sends us more details afterwards that state we will after all be only paid for two hours!
Plus, during the hour-long induction, I asked what the bonus structure was and she (a very sickly sweet sounding lady) seemed very vague about it, stating she hadn't got the sheet with her. How dumb is that?
In short, you will be lucky to earn a few hundred quid a month and this, to me, is an absolute dishonest rip-off. No wonder Jobcentre Plus dropped their advert!
Anyone else had any problems with this mysterious entity Fox Communications?

hi i have just had the online interview seminar thing earlier today, iam not sure what to do
i am currently not working. the hours we have to select are
9 to 5, - i selected this one
9 15 to 2 15
11 til 6pm
hourly rate is 6.10 to £9 (i assume the latter is the bonus rate?)
we have been told we need to do 15 hours live work as a trial before we get paid? is the first payment monthly or weekly? they said we get paid on the 7th of every month
what is it like working for them are theyre any issues with getting paid,
will have have to inform job centre straight away as my claim wasn't finalised so i am not even getting everything as i should?
it sounds too easy, what are they REALLY like to work for?
hope you can help me here.My Signature is MY OWN!!0 -
I just had the online interview yesterday and it seemed fine but after reading some comments on here I'm a bit sceptical. I first heard about foxy communications from a friend who says it's a good job and that he's been getting paid no problem. Also in my online interview one guy said that he had a family memeber who worked for them which made me think he must have spoken to his family memeber and been told it was a legitimate job. I am stil unsure about the whole thing tho. Is anyone currently working with foxy that can give some up to date info?0

I am working as an Outbound Market Researcher with these people. Paying 3% is not much to pay for use of the dialer when compared to another company, Arise which ask you to pay for all manner of things before you even get started training. You count as self-employed working in this job.
These guys are legit. I work my hours and fit home life around them and get paid a steady wage straight to my bank account. The interview is really a chance to get to know how the business, payment and bonus scheme works. You get trained up on one day, do a certain number of hours, supervised to see if you can do the job and have follow up training if you are having difficulties along the way. There is always a helpful friendly voice at the end of the line if you have any queries and emails are sent with crib sheets to explain how to deal with any new aspects regarding new questions in the surveys you conduct online. You also get a daily (in the week) tally of the points you have amassed which can contribute to you getting bonuses.
I didnt expect to make wads of money, but just wanted a steady regular income. Note that as you work from home, you save on travel costs, tiredness getting to and from work and you can take a break anytime as long as you fulfill your hours. And when you've taken the last call of your shift, click off the dialer and you are home ready to do anything else.
They are looking for another 73 workers. Go here if you want to sign up.
foxycomms.com/JobApp.html Put the usual infront - I cant as a new poster.
I am not a PR lady for them just an ordinary Mum with a 10 year old who wants to contribute to the family income.
regards
