As the OP has no earnings, I'm pretty sure the recommended lender is TMW and I'm not sure there are any other options.
I also was not aware the other thread was discussing a BTL proposition. I'd have suggested TMW myself, if I'd known.
I'd find another broker. £950 + the commission from the lender is a bit OTT for a simple BTL.I am a mortgage broker.
