Prehaps, I should have said it is 100% correct for someone to pay back what they agreed to in the first place, instead of trying to squirm out of paying.
I mean isn't that the decent and honest thing any decent and honest responsible adult would do?

I am a law abiding citizen and the law states that all charges have to be clear and concise. Hiding a £300 fee in the small print is not only immorale but it also breaks current legislation. As far as I can see they are not trying to get out of the money they borrowed, just the unfair fee levied to end the agreement that was well hidden in the often pages long small print.
I ask, is that being undecent and dishonest, if so then I guess I am.0
