Natwest Pay by card service

I just received a text from Natwest asking them to call me or visit www.natwest.com/paybycard to make a payment.
When you get to this site, you can either make a payment, or you can call them up to set up a payment plan. But when you click on make a payment, you are given the option to make a one-off payment, or make regular repayments. If I choose the latter, is that not the same as setting up a repayment plan? I'm sick and tired of having to speak to them on the phone.
I am in arrears to the tune of around £800 on my current account - i would like to be able to pay this off at around £20 per month.

Go through the process and see if it accepts your £20 per month0

Or why don't you just set up a standing order instead?Anything that I do say, is strictly my opinion

Well because how do I know Natwest will accept what I'm paying?
Well then how do you know that they will accept your regular payments made online?
If you've spoken to them before, what did they have to say? Normally they will send you an Income & Expenditure form to fill-in and return.Anything that I do say, is strictly my opinion
