Bettaware order at xmas never arrived

THe oh placed an order with the betterware chap around xmas time - probably only £5 worth and paid him. The items never came..
Now me being the tight so and so, this has played on my mind on and off since then...mainly becuase it was my money, but what if he has done this to several people?
is there anyway i can find out who this chap is through bettaware and see if the order was placed?
Yep i know its been a long time. Im not really bothered about going to the police (and certainly dont think id have a case even if i did) but im miffed enough that today ive decided to write on here!
I live in a small village and so for me to find out who it was and find the person is not out of the realms of reality so i know i could do that, but i just want my stuff!!!!!

You don't pay up front for Betterware, the payment is usually upon receipt of goods.

I hope that you get your money back soon.

ill double check....but might have been kleeneze....it was one of the catalogues that gets left on the doorstep anyway.

Leaving it 8/9 months is probably a little long to wait :eek: & as mentioned above Betterware is payment upon receipt of goods
