Someone else's default on my credit report??

I'm really confused and need some advice about whether to contact my bank or the company that produced the report??

I was recently invited to joint Noddle's free-report programme. It's not rolled out properly yet, but out of curiosity, I registered that I would be interested and got my invite about a week later.

I had two defaults on it - one is an account that will be cleared in 14 days with our next DMP payment, and the other is a Lloyds TSB bank account. I expected both of these and assumed the Lloyds one is an account that I held jointly with my ex. There is a large unauthorised overdraft on it that I have been paying off for four years.

On further scrutiny, the account with my ex shows up green as "payments met" (I have made an arranged regular payment and haven't missed one) and the defaulted account is one I don't recognise - it only shows the last four digits of the account number, but it's definitely not one of mine

I can only assume this mystery account is one that I held with my step-mother in early 2005. I believed the account was closed in late 2006 when I took my name off it, and at that point it had never been overdrawn. From the information on the report, it looks like the account is now £383 overdrawn, and it showed a single missed payment 7 months ago, followed by further missed payments the following two months, then a default four months ago. The balance does seem to be decreasing by small increments each month.

I appreciate it's possible that Noddle has screwed up, as this system is so new and still testing, but is it possible for an account I'm no longer named on to reflect a default on me if my parents kept it open? The account doesn't appear with my others on my Lloyds online banking, so it's definitely not one of my current accounts.

What's going on??
Original debts: £14,250
Still to pay: £250 /£950 - Lloyds TSB overdraft (although with interest and charges, I've already paid £1,675!)

VSP#150 - £68.25

You needs to contact callcredit to dispute the account on your file.

    Check the data on callcreditcheck.com

When you signed up for noddle you should have first had to sign up there.

For now at least, you should have a working account there in addition to your noddle one, giving you access to your full standard callcredit report.
