Getting a mortage for a new build

My husband and I have been looking at purchasing a new build in Scotland. We only have enough to put down a 10% deposit. Is it possible to get a 90% LTV mortgage for
a new build in this current climate. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Forgot to mention. We would be looking to do part exchange with our old home so therefore we would
not be able to take advantage of the
builders shared equity plan.0 -

It's a mid terrace. Thanks for the replies. I didn't realise so many lenders would do 90% due to the fact it is a new build.0
