cheap books!!

As a newbie money saver, this is the first time I have started a new thread so i'm not too sure I am putting this in the right place so sorry if I am wrong and if this has already been placed somewhere else.

There is a website called 'read it, swap it' which is a brilliant site which enables you to swap your read or unwanted books for books from other members. The boosk are free so all it costs is the postage which if you send a paperback book second class, can cost less than £1 depending upon the size and weight of the book.

When I first joined the site I swapped/received 5 books for under £5!!

Obviously you are taking a bit of a risk as you can not guarantee the condition of the book you will receive but personally I have been pleasantly surprised. I have even given one of the books I swapped as a christmas present as the quality was so good the book looked as though it were unread!!

Once you have read a book that you have swapped simply pop it backon to the website and search for more books that you would like!!

I read alot and find that this site makes reading alot cheaper. You also have the excitement of receiving regular parcels!! There is no time limit on how long you can have the books and I you don't have to place them back on the site when you have finished with them.
