Help with self assessment please

in Cutting tax
Hi,
Have just completed my first ever self assessment (I had a CGT to pay which obviously calls for me to complete one). I've got to the end and the calculation page but their figures differ from what I had worked out myself beforehand (ironically in my favour) but this bothers me so I have looked at it again. The result of my calculation states Class 4 NIC and student loan. Class 4 NIC is paid by the self-employed of which I have never been and I have never had a student loan. The page with my personal details states quite clearly I am in employment and not self-employed and that I don't have any student load to repay so why has this shown up differently on the calculation page? I've spent nearly 2 days going over and over this and this is the only discrepancy I can find. Any ideas please?
