Two Way Radio-gr8 to keep track of kids

Empire Direct have a BT Two way radio with 3km Range reduced to £16.99. I've ordered a set as I thought they'd be a good way to keep a track of the kids when their out playing nearby and cheaper than constantly topping up a mobile. Also don't forget Quidco for extra 2%

Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.0 -
They are useful but don't expect 3Km range with buildings etc in the way.0

Thanks OP, just ordered a couple. Great for talking to my boy when he's at the park :-)Do not speak- unless it improves on silence.0

If they are the rechargeable ones , but otherwise you will go thru a lot of batteries in my experience
get a set of rechargables and a charger0 -

Hi all - as you can probably tell from my lack of info in orig post (soz!) I'm fairly new to MSE but having read the ciao review & another on Reevoo http://www.reevoo.com/reviews/mpn/bt/011638 - I'm happy with my purchase. They take 3 AAA batteries.
