Morning,
Yesterday i managed to get a ccj overturned on an amount of £1600 i am now going to pay the amount. Is it still a possibility to make an offer or should i just pay the full amount?
Is there anything elese i need to do now the ccj has been overturned?

Check your credit file in a few weeks to see that it has gone.
I'm assuming you've had it set aside. Was it a case where they served the claim to the wrong address even though they knew the right one?
What may happen is that the creditor starts again with a new claim, and gets it right this time. So you do need to act fast. Yes, they may accept a smaller sum in settlement but don't be too greedy.
Best of luck.0 -

Hi - it doesn't do any harm just to ask if they would accept 90% in settlement (maybe start at 85% and be allowed to be negotiated upwards). If the response is '100% or we start the claim again' then at least you've given it a try.
I'd probably make the offer in writing (1st class recorded delivery) and follow up with a phone call after a few days.
If you can save £160, I'd say it's worth a go.0
