Get in there my son. HPI on the way.

I do respect the fact that you don't pretend to be anything other than selfish.

In all honesty I prefer it to those who pretend they care of others while really pushing there own agendas.

Apparently this product is based on 'affordability' rather than salary multiples. No surprise there. What is surprising is that they're back so soon - I guessed they'd return in 2012. Only a matter of time until other lenders start to complete. I wonder what the rates are though?

I fear the bulls have got the wrong end of the stick. This is a commercial mortgage for businesses in the health sector. This is about lending against a business plan in a fairly recession proof industry (and unlike domestic property, commercial property has bombed).

Well my husband faces being laid off in the next 3 weeks and there are few jobs in the building industry so I suppose in a selfish kind of way I would reluctantly welcome 100% mortgages.
