CCCS DMP and extra credit

Hi guys. I just have a quick question. I was on the phone to the CCCS earlier today and we were talking about bank charges and that if these mean that someone was to go over their overdraft, this is seen as 'extra credit' which is against the rules.
I was wondering how they know if/when one of their clients do this? Do they hope we tell them and be up front and honest, or do they do regular checks and things on people with a DMP in place?

I've vowed that i would never get into the mess i am now again, so extra credit is out of the question. Just a question thats got me curious that all :D

I doubt that CCCS will become aware of you breaching your overdraft, unless you tell them (or show them bank statements). But your creditors in your DMP certainly might as it will appear on your credit file
