They are (were?) dishing these out for free if you took up a Good Housekeeping subscription - I think you might need to pay a few pounds then cancel your subscription - you'll get a few isues of the magazine as well.

I got a dirtdevil dustbuster from Poundstretcher for £9 which is really good, they are down to £8 now.0
