Marlin...any recipes please?

Bought some Marlin steaks from Asda which were reduced and I have no idea what to do with it apart from just grilling it or baking it.
Have never tried Marlin before, so would appreciate any help please.

I would do a Jamie Oliver-style "all in one bag" thing. Marlin can get a bit dry, so chuck into a silver-foil-bag with some butter, white wine and loads of herbs. Cook for about 20-30 mins quite hot.
Or dice it up, quickly fry it (or even deep-fry it) and add it to a stir fry.Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world
