    You said in your original post you have been offered a settlement, then you say you havent. Now you want justice, but your are not judge, jury and executioner and didnt even give us any evidence or details of why the pension plan was mis-sold.

    Then you get annoyed when you get responses you dont want to hear.

    You refer to this as being a crime, but it is not, an error was made and the firm has to tried to correct it with you.

    If you feel you are due more money from them, then reject the settlement and take it to court.
