Hi all, im really scared
we have been on a debt management for 2 years now & MBNA have been really good but i have just got a letter saying the credit agreement has been cancelled and they are deciding what action to take. I am so worried about getting a CCJ
does anyone know that if you do get a summons do you get the option to pay the amount in full before it goes to the court? Not that we can raise the money but i think if it got to that stage my OH parents might offer to pay for it if we asked but this is a last resort.
Im just so worried about it x

You always have the option of paying in full.
Even if a CCJ is awarded, if you pay in full within one month then the CCJ is cancelled.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
