It depends - you said that they have expired, but you didn't say when!?
Please note that Clubcard can only do vouchers expired just before the current period, i.e. the Aug vouchers are out now, so the only ones that can be cancelled and the points put back in the current total are the ones that are 'valid until 31st May 2011'.
So, if you have anything older than that, sorry no .....I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Yes you can claim them back, I had lost vouchers going back to 2009 and they re-issued them no problem.0

I wonder which of these answers is correct. :cool:There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -

We both probably are! At first sight they do seem contradictory, but look closer - mine referred to 'valid until date' and the next post mentioned 'going back to 2009' which I take to refer to the issue date i.e. valid until 2011 - here then the month is crucial.
So if you find some expired vouchers - it is the valid until date you see, however, if you are checking on MCA it is the issue date you see.
Hence, vouchers that were issued in May '09, and have a valid until date of 31/05/2011 can be rolled back to points, to come out with everything else at the next mailing; anything earlier than that can not be.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Yes, I must admit I did wonder if the poster was referring to the issue date.
Tesco are actually pretty generous in the length of time they give you to cash their 'points' vouchers. There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
I have just phoned Tesco about my 2 vouchers which expired on the 30th November 2011, so barely 2 weeks ago. The guy said he was very sorry but Tesco gives their customers 2 years to spend them and they think that is enough, so there was nothing he could do for me; I'm gutted! I had only just downloaded them last week from my account after advice on this site explained how to check for any you hadn't spent. Then I had such a manic week I didn't get them to spend them. I watch every penny and then lose £10.50's worth of vouchers! Duh!0
